Delete your account and data
This page explains how to delete your Tayseerul Quran account, exactly what is removed, and what we are required to keep.
If you can sign in — delete it yourself, immediately
- Sign in to the app or the website
- Go to Profile
- Under Danger zone, choose Delete my account
- Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away — no waiting, no email to us.
What is deleted
- Your name, email address, phone number and postal address
- Your date of birth, gender and nationality
- Messages with your teachers and the office
- Notification registrations for your devices
- Your sign-in — the account can no longer be used
What is kept, and why
- Records of payments and invoices. We are required to keep these for accounting and tax purposes.
- They are no longer linked to your name or contact details — only to an anonymous reference number.
- They are retained for 7 years, as required by law, and then removed.
If you cannot sign in — request deletion
Use this form if you have lost access to your account. We will verify that the account is yours before deleting anything, and confirm by email within 30 days.
